Collex Collision Experts is looking for candidates to join our offices Management Trainee Program. This career path includes advancement through all of our office positions including customer service, parts coordinating, repair estimate writing, and production management to ultimately develop a well rounded Collision Repair Consultant capable of managing a repair center.
Customer Service Representative
This position is ideal for someone with the desire to begin a lasting career out of college with a Metro Detroit leading collision repair company. We are looking for an outgoing, computer literate professional to handle fast paced front office work. This is an entry level position into our office environment, which requires significant customer interaction on the phone and in person, including high volume of administrative duties in a fast paced environment. Our successful customer service representatives typically grow into parts coordinators, estimators, and ultimately store managers with our organization. We are looking for hard working, promotable individuals who can help sustain our continuous growth plans while creating professional success.
Currently looking to fill positions in Wayne, Novi, Livonia and Clinton Township.
Requirements
-High school graduate is a must, prefer college
-Above average computer proficiency
-Effective communication skills over the phone and in person
- 1-3 years of office experience preferred, automotive is a plus
-Aspiration to learn new things, take on new responsibilities, and ultimately progress through the ranks of the organization
