1. Job Description Develop a worship ministry that fulfills the vision of Christ Church
Connect – a ministry where relationships are built with worship team members.
Grow – a ministry that fosters spiritual growth in each worship team member’s relationship with God.
Serve – a ministry where worship team members are developing their gifts and using them to minister to one another, the church as a whole, and their community.
Reach – a ministry where new members are being invited and participating in the worship team ministry.
2. Selection of songs, (videos etc…) to be used in the worship service and work with the senior pastor on the order of service.
3. Conduct a weekly practice with the worship team in preparation for Sunday mornings.
4. Give support, oversight and work closely with the Audio and Visual teams.
5. Conduct quarterly meetings with the worship, audio and visual teams for encouragement, prayer and vision casting for the worship ministry.
