We are looking for qualified teachers who are up to the academic and spiritual challenge of our school. Candidates will be required to work a minimum of 21 classroom hours per week, and additional hours may be required. The position(s) will start in September. An Early Childhood Education degree and preschool teaching experience are preferred.
Teachers at St. Augustine Preschool share the love of Jesus in a fun, nurturing environment where children explore, discover, create and learn. We have a very strong curriculum which combines academics with play-based, interactive learning. Children are taught numbers, letters, reading readiness, cultural diversity, phonics, music, art and science. Literacy and Everyday Math are also an integral part of the curriculum. Bible stories, lessons, and projects teach our little ones kindness, respect, and positive moral values. We want our children to grow in Christ’s love, and for them to love the Lord.
All of our programs are designed to stimulate creativity, curiosity, self-reliance, critical thinking, and kindness to one another.
