We specialize in home health care for the mentally challenged and physically disabled individuals. We have assistance programs for Senior Citizens and mentoring programs for youths.
Youth Mentor
Assist young kids (male or female, age 6-17) to participate in community activities, help with homework and behavioral issues, and become a good role model of good social behavior and positive attitude, etc.
Pay starting @ $9.00-9.75/hour. Hours are 3-15 per week depending on the case. Mentors can have more than 1 case to work for to increase their hours. Shifts are afternoon, maybe some on weekends, normally after the kids come home from school.
You will be required to come to our Southfield office to fill out an application, but the kids live throughout Oakland County.
Requirements:
Experience caring and dealing with children with disabilities and/or emotional issues.
Valid First Aid and CPR training.
Recipient Rights, HIPPA, and Infectious Disease Control training will be required.
Own reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
