GEO: Global Education Opportunities - Rochester College students are offered numerous opportunities for such experiential learning. They may participate in a fifteen-week study-abroad program in Europe with the base site located in Vienna, Austria. Between 12 and 18 hours of general education core credits in language, literature, art, history, religion and culture may be taken. Science Field Study - Each May, students at Rochester College have the opportunity to join an Earth Science Field Study. Students receive four semester hours of credit while taking the class on the road. Various National Parks, State Parks, museums, and historic sites become the classroom. Students enjoy first class accommodations by living in tents and preparing their own meals. |
