GEO Vienna

The European Studies experience is centered amidst the cultural riches and natural beauty of Vienna, Austria, and it is conducted in partnership with Oklahoma Christian University. This is a full-time, full-semester academic opportunity, and it can be used to satisfy several General Education requirements. There are additional options, as well, for German language instruction, as well as specialized coursework that may be offered at the discretion of the faculty sponsors. The itinerary has traditionally taken students to London, Rome, Florence, and Venice, and there are significant opportunities for additional travel to locations throughout the European continent.

The typical course schedule will include:

Studies in European Civilization
Aesthetics
Bible
German I
Language & Culture
Perspectives in Literature: Online
Physical Fitness & Wellness (1 hr. credit)
Missions Experience (2-4 hrs. credit)

Program Features May Include:

2 month Eurail Pass allowing train travel to 18 European countries
5 day tour of London and Oxford
7 day tour of Italy
Opportunity to travel to Germany and Croatia for mission work
Weekend retreat in the Austrian Alps
Local transportation passes in London and Vienna
Entrance Fees to Museums and Attractions in London, Vienna and Italy
A weekly food stipend covering most meals
