CEL Admissions
We are pleased you are considering becoming a student at Rochester College and are honored by your interest. Completing your college degree is a very important step in your career, and we are happy that Rochester will be able to help you achieve your goals.

Enrollment Requirements
Regular admission to CEL is granted to students who are at least 23 years of age or have 3 or more years of full-time work experience and have a high school diploma with a minimum grade point average of 2.25 or a GED with a minimum score of 50.
Transfer students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.25 to be regularly admitted.
Admission Process
- Make an appointment to have a degree plan made. This plan serves as your education roadmap. It will show you all applicable transfer credit received and what classes will still need to be taken.
- Have official copies of your high school and college transcripts sent to Rochester College's Center for Extended Learning.
- Make application for admission by completing Rochester College's Center for Extended Learning admissions application and submit it along with the $35 application fee.
- Register for classes!
