BS in Mass Communication, Specs Howard Program

The Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication degree completion program provides you with a unique educational opportunity through a partnership between Rochester College and Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts.

This program incorporates the technical training in radio and/or video production provided by Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts with in-depth explorations of theory and scholarship in media at Rochester College.

The curriculum is designed to help you expand your understanding of communication, and develop essential skills needed to succeed and advance within the media industry.

Students may choose a Mass Communication degree with a major in Public Relations or Broadcasting.

This program is offered at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in Southfield.

 

Requirements for the BS in Mass Communication / Public Relations and Mass Communication / Broadcasting / Graphic Design

Fulfillment of degree requirements requires completion of the radio, video, or graphic arts design course at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts.
