Communication Services coordinates public relations, graphic design and other communication tasks for Rochester College. Our goals are to communicate RC news, information and messages to key constituents; advance the goals of the college; and communicate the activities and mission of RC to our external audiences.

All Rochester College publications, including advertising and recruiting materials designed for current and prospective students, must be approved by Communication Services. Communication Services ensures that all information is accurate, timely, and appropriate. Advertising and recruiting materials are updated at least every two years, usually more frequently. Communication Services reviews the entire website for accuracy twice per year; academic deans conduct a review of their content areas annually, as part of the process of updating the Academic Catalog

Campus announcements and calendar requests must be made through the Announcement/Calendar Request Form provided by The Center for Student Life . 

Communications Services staff provide a broad range of services in the areas of media relations, design, publications, social media, website, signage, institutional identity and event promotion. CS personnel oversee the college’s communication to external and internal audiences using:
