Intern Training & Development Process:

During the internship program with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, interns will go through several stages of training and development. Each phase has a specific purpose in preparing interns for a successful and rewarding internship. Our internship training program is highly thought of because interns receive the same training as our full-time representatives with the exception of a modified schedule. Interns have the opportunity to build a foundation of knowledge in the financial services process with an emphasis on the art of obtaining favorable introductions and comprehensive fact finding.

Initial Training/Fastrack Sales School:

Three to Five Full Days of Training

Initial training is designed to give interns the knowledge, skills, and confidence to begin to work in the business world. It will help them get off to a fast start.
