Position Description

Title: Instructor

Scope of Position:

• To deliver the assigned curriculum to each client.

Essential Functions:

• Facilitate group-learning activities
• Ensure participants gain necessary information
• Assist Job Developers in completion of their tasks
• Assist with Job Club activities
• Provide timely reports for the Manager regarding participant attendance and performance
• Assist participants with the development of their portfolios
• Administer assessment instruments and compile participant assessment data
• Conduct career-planning sessions with clients
• Assist participants with the development of their resume

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must have notable experience in business, sales or management.
• Should have notable experience in training, education or career development.
• Must be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude.
• Must have notable experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, education, training, human resources, liberal arts or related area is preferred.
• Ability to adapt material to varied learning styles.
