The RC Warriors hit the ground running Wednesday night as they would jump out to an early 19-4 lead in route to a 33 point half-time advantage. From there the warriors would never look back at cruise to a 100-54 win over host Great Lakes Christian College. The win lifts the RC season record to 17-7 as they continue to prepare for the USCAA National Championship Tournament.
Torey Throop would torch the nets as he would lead all scorers with 26 points behind 8 of 12 shooting from the 3-point line. Michael Graham would contribute 19 points and Ricky Doran would complete his 3rd double-double of the season with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
The Warriors would shoot 57% from the field including 52% from the 3 point line. Great Lakes would be held to 37% shooting and would be forced into 27 turnovers for the game.
The RC Men host Kuyper College this Saturday at 2:00 pm at Oakland Christian High School.
