Warriors Get Back On Winning Track

Grand Rapids, Mi.

The Rochester College men’s soccer team defeated host NCCAA Grace Bible College 5-0, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Foryoh gave the Warriors a 1 goal cushion when he scored his 2nd goal of the match in the 25 minute, assisted by sophomore Jon Rokowski (Chippewa Valley).

Senior Chris Hall (Birmingham, England) scored just 50 seconds later with Miller getting his 2nd assist of the match. The Warriors led 3-0 at half time, out shooting GBC 12-5. Sophomore goal keeper Steven Jesionowski (Milford) had 3 saves on 5 shots for the half.

The Warriors controlled the tempo and possession throughout the 2nd half with Miller notching his 2nd goal of the season in the 36th minute, unassisted. Sophomore Justin Sellers (Oakland Christian) scored his 6th goal of the season in the 30th minute, assisted by Foryoh.

Jesionowski finished the match with 4 saves and faced 6 shots.
