ROCHESTER HILLS, MI – Rochester College head baseball coach Brett Crawford has recently announced the signing of Ryan Chipka for the 2009 season.
Ryan Chipka, a 5’9” middle infielder from Waterville, OH, finished his senior year at Anthony Wayne High School as a three sport athlete, earning post-season awards for baseball, basketball, and football. Chipka, a strong defensive talent, also brings a dedicated work ethic, illustrated by excellent academic successes and leadership positions.
“Ryan is a solid athlete with a lot of potential. He parallels our program’s goals through athleticism, academic excellence, and strong character. The coaching staff looks forward to having Ryan compete on the infield over the next four years,” Crawford commented.
