Rochester College hosted Concordia University, Ann Arbor.

The Warriors won their last home match of the season with a 3-0 victory over the Cardinals of Concordia University. The Warriors record now stands at 8-6-7.

In a very competitive match, the Warriors were able to strike first on a shot into the corner, past the Cardinal keeper, by junior midfielder Chris Hall. The match went back and forth with both teams creating quality opportunities on net with quick counter attacks. Freshman striker Justin Sellers broke through the Cardinal offside trap and beat the keeper high for his 8th goal of the season, on a through pass from freshman midfielder Jon Rokowski. The Warriors led 2-0 at the half time break.

In the 2nd half the two teams fought back and forth with the Warriors gaining momentum and forcing a Cardinal foul in the box for a penalty kick. Senior Calvin Marshall converted on the penalty kick for his 4th goal of the season and gave the Warriors the 3-0 lead.

The Warriors out shot the Cardinal for the match 14 to 7. Sophomore GK Dave Ristich earned his 8th shutout of the season with 4 saves.

The Warrior co-players of the match went to senior striker Mike Johnson and senior midfielder Jamie Whitehead, for their consistent level of play throughout the match.

The Warriors record is now 8-6-7. They next play Wednesday, 10/24 versus NCAA DII Saginaw Valley State University, at SVSU. Game time is 3:30.
