Scheduled to visit destinations including Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, the Mount of Olives, Capernaum, and Jericho, the GEO Israel/Jordan trip is an incredible opportunity.
Participants will spend time hiking and rock climbing during their site tours, and they’ll visit an archeological dig for a day. Students, parents of students, faculty and staff are all welcome.
In order to participate, individuals must be at least 18 years of age, have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, have completed at least 12 credits before travel dates, not be on probation of any kind, and must be in good standing with the business office.
Three course credits are available to those on the trip, though they are not required to register for academic credit in order to participate. The class available is BIB 4123: Archaeology of Biblical Tamar in Israel.
The estimated cost includes all transportation, hotel accommodations, breakfasts and dinners, a National Park Pass, and all gratuities. Students will be responsible for their own lunches, personal expenses, travel insurance, and tuition, if they choose to enroll in academic credit for the trip.
