The RC Advantage

  • Earn your degree in as little as 12 months
Our accelerated classes make getting the degree you want more convenient and affordable with online/campus courses that are completed in just eight weeks!
  • Transfer in up to 90 credit hours
Get a head start on your degree by transferring up to 90 credits from other schools – that’s more than most colleges typically recognize. Credit may also be granted for military training, CLEP and DANTES tests. Ask your adviser how you may earn credit by examination.
  • Complete your degree on your schedule
We can customize your program to meet your timing.
  • Cohort-based Programs
Cohort-based programs at Rochester College are designed to help ease you back into school while learning alongside like-minded classmates. A cohort of classmates work through an academic track as a unit. You build lifelong relationships and connections because the people you meet on day one are the same people you walk with on stage to receive your diploma. Another distinct advantage of cohort learning is that your educational path is mapped out from start to finish. This model allows you to plan for financial aid, class dates and times, and set an expected completion date. Thus, cohort learning will help you stay organized, plan ahead and work with other students who have similar goals and plans for their lives. You can easily view the cohort scheduling for each major by visiting the degree plan page under the programs tab.

At Rochester College, we’re sensitive to the fact that with a career, work or a family to raise, returning to school might not seem like it’s in the budget right now. That’s why we offer numerous financial aid options that allow you to pay for college without draining your retirement account or forcing you to shoulder overwhelming college loans.

Over 80% of our CEL students receive some kind of financial aid.

You can afford a degree! We’ll show you how:

CEL students can pay for their education in three convenient ways:

  1. Financial Aid
  2. Personal Payment Plans
  3. Third-Party Assistance such as employer reimbursement

Contact our Student Financial Services at (800) 521-6010 (option #2) or email sfs@rc.edu and we’ll happily take the time to make sure you understand your options.
