The Resource Center for Missional Leadership at Rochester College recently hosted Streaming: Biblical Conversations from the Missional Frontier, May 16-18, 2010. This conference brought scholars and church leaders together to discuss the challenges of interpreting Scripture for the sake of a world in transition. Featured speakers included Scot McKnight and Miroslav Volf. McKnight opened the conference with a challenging reading of the book of James. Volf closed our conference with presentations from his new book on Christian/Muslim relations, Allah: A Christian Response. In addition, there were meaningful times of worship, outstanding sermons, insightful presentations, and lively discussions.
