 PERSONAL:

Mr. DeRubeis is a life-long Michigander, having grown up in Clinton Township and attended Fraser Schools.  He retired in 2014 from teaching band in the Bloomfield Hills and Warren Woods School Districts after 38 successful years.  During his tenure, the band programs developed a reputation of excellence.  He resides in Rochester Hills and is married to Darlene.  They have three adult children. He and Darlene enjoy bicycling, travelling, RVing, and UM football.
