PERSONAL:

Debi is married to Burt Rutledge. The two have one son, Daniel, and a Cocker Spaniel named Leo. Debi has served as the Resident Director of the Ferndale-Hoggatt Residence Hall since 2002 and as the Director of Residence Life since 2010. She has enjoyed the opportunities that working in two very different areas has provided to get to know both traditional students as well as non-traditional students returning to school after a period away. In her spare time, Debi enjoys photography, exploring the beautiful state of Michigan, travelling, and spending time with her family.
